2019 Special Olympics and Community Grants Have Been Awarded
The Cordle Cares Foundation is pleased to announce the winners of their 2019 Community and Special Olympic Grant Awards. A total of $7,465 was awarded.
The winners include:
Aha! A Hands-on Adventure – A Children’s Museum - $1,500 for S.T.E.A.M. Zone, outreach and weekly programming.
Fairfield UP, Inc. - $750 for their “Best Practice Strategy.”
Lancaster Youth Football - $1,000 for new football equipment.
Lancaster Vineyard Food Pantry - $600.00 for milk and eggs for the food pantry.
Bremen-Bethel Presbyterian Church - $600 for the Breakfast-to-go Program.
Fairfield County Charity Newsies - $600 for the Christmas food box drive purchase of milk, bread and macaroni and cheese.
Lancaster City Schools Special Olympics - $315 for cinch bags for the athlete’s gear.
Meals on Wheels Older Adult Alternatives of Fairfield County, Inc. - $600 for the Blizzard Meal Program.
Pickerington Special Olympics - $1,500 for bowling, basketball and swimming fees.
